Nearly 20 years ago, Reliable Staffing Resources began as one small office on the north side of Columbus, Ohio. Founded by Rocky Gasbarro Sr. The company was built on a simple but powerful foundation of hard work, honesty, and treating people like family.
As the business grew, so did the dream. Years later, his sons Rocky Gasbarro Jr. and Alio Gasbarro II joined him, carrying forward the same values that started it all. Together, they expanded from that single Columbus office into a multi-state organization serving clients and employees across the Midwest.
What began as a local, family-owned staffing agency has become a trusted name in the light industrial and warehouse industry. RSR is known for reliability, relationships, and results.

Reliable Staffing Resources is officially rebranding as Armada Staffing Group.
This new name represents more than a fresh brand; it’s a symbol of strength, unity, and family. The word Armada carries special meaning to us: it’s an acronym created from the names of the Gasbarro family members, representing everyone who has poured their heart into this business from the very beginning.
It’s a reminder that this company was built (and continues to thrive) because of family.
