Calum Campolieti brings more than five years of sales experience and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow. Born and raised in Cleveland and a graduate of John Carroll University, Calum takes great pride in the city that shaped him and is motivated by the opportunity to support the companies and people that keep Northeast Ohio moving forward.

Calum began his career in landscaping and mulch sales, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, prospecting, and business development. He later expanded his experience through roles in insurance and logistics sales. His experience across these industries gives him valuable insight into the manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain environments Armada Staffing Group serves.

Outside of work, Calum is a devoted Cleveland sports fan who proudly supports the Browns, Guardians, and Cavaliers. He also enjoys following UFC, staying active, spending time with family and friends, and occasionally unwinding with video games. His passion for Cleveland and desire to see the community thrive are reflected in both his personal and professional life.
