Deborah P. Santora-Tuohy joined Armada Staffing Group in June 2025 following the acquisition of TRIAD Staffing, a GEE Group, Inc. company, where she previously served as President for 12 years after holding the role of Chief Operating Officer. She currently serves as Regional Vice President, providing strategic leadership across sales, operations, business development, human resources, marketing, and legal management.

With more than 34 years of experience in the human capital management and staffing industry, Deborah is recognized as a respected leader and trusted advisor. In addition to her staffing expertise, she has provided executive coaching and business consulting focused on growth, profitability, leadership development, and organizational transition.

For the past nine years, Deborah has proudly served as President of the Ohio Staffing & Search Association and remains actively involved with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Staffing Association, and several professional and nonprofit organizations. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Communication from University of Toledo. Her passion for developing people and helping organizations succeed has made her a respected leader throughout the staffing community.
