Karlee Speelman brings 6+ years of experience across manufacturing, staffing, logistics, and sales, building a well-rounded understanding of the industries and the people who drive them. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Fort Wayne and has worked in sales since graduating college.

As a Business Development Manager with Armada Staffing Group, Karlee is passionate about delivering solutions that support both clients and candidates. Her diverse background allows her to understand operational challenges and provide a people-first approach to every interaction.

Outside of work, Karlee enjoys spending time with her two-year-old son and family. She loves making memories together, whether it’s visiting zoos and baseball games during the summer or cheering on hockey teams throughout the winter.
