After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree, he began his career by focusing on recruitment before transitioning into management. His dedication and hands-on approach have led him to oversee day-to-day operations, where he focuses on growth and development within his team. Brandon’s leadership style is rooted in his passion for empowering those around him, helping them reach their full potential. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his nieces and nephew, as well as his family. He is also an avid golfer, Buckeye sports fan and enjoys traveling in his free time.
